We do apologize for the late response but we wanted to assure we had the correct pertaining information from our manufacturer! There is no aluminum added at any point in the process. All samples obtained from the annual analysis of metals including aluminum concluded to yield results <2.00ppm. Sulfur compounds meet the standards at <150ppm. We hope this answered your question! Our manufacturer did detail that our Sodium Bicarbonate is synthetically made but is from mineral origin. It is also not plant nor animal based.

How come it says free shipping, but only in store pick up is free when I check out?

We do not offer free shipping. We do offer an in-store pick up option and that option is free! We are sorry about the confusion, for a reason we cannot determine yet,our listing pulls up the free shipping option due to the fact that the first option is free because it's an in-store pick up. Our prices on our products are pretty affordable but in order to keep these prices we must charge for shipping.
