Ask a Question
  • Hello, for the scrub formula, is it just regular white sugar you eat? Also, is there a formula for body butter? Thank you

    Hello!

Yes you can use regular sugar! You can use any kind of sugar you'd like! We like to use larger granule sugar like Cane Sugar to get a better scrub! As far as a body butter formula. We advise you use our cocoa. shea butter, and any liquid oil of your choice like sweet almond oil or olive oil to whip yourself up a nice body butter. The combinations of oils you can add to make your own body butter are endless. You have freedom to add what ever oil and butter to create your ideal body butter!

  • Can you pour it in a mixing bowl for the whipped soap? I want to add color and fragrance? Will it harden over time?

    Hello!

You can definitely add it to a mixing bowl. It will harden slightly over time but it won't solidify too much.

  • If you had 4 cups of sugar and other oils, can you give an approximate yield from a one pound tub? Thanks! I LOVE LOVE LOVE EVERYTHING I buy from you!

    Hello!

Great question! You'll yield in product what ever additional products you add! For example if you add 4 cups of sugar (equals 32oz in weight) plus a 1lb tub of whipped soap (equals 16oz in weight) ideally you'd have 3lbs (equal to 48oz in weight) of product! If you add additional oils make sure to weigh them out so you can incorporate that weight to your total yield! I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions!

  • Do you need to add anything to make it light and fluffy ? Can’t wait to try. Just received my order

we recommend adding additional oils and whipping it slightly more if you wish to achieve a more fluffy consistency! It's all about trial end error! We like to add a bit of avocado oil and we like to whip it for at least 5-8 min. then add our sugar and essential oil to make this a perfect whipped sugar scrub!

  • Does this harden up after frosting a bath bomb?

    Hello,

This product on it's own will not harden up. In order to make this a hard bath bomb frosting you will need to add additional ingredients to make it hard. We recommend googling a recipe with wipped soap or trial and error by adding different ingredients (ex: melt and pour soap, glycerin) to this already made base!

    We hope this helped!

  • Can I add dyes or micas ? Can I add essential oils

    Hello!

Yes our mica's and dyes are approved for use in the whipped soap! You can also add fragrance or essential oils as well!

    We hope this helped!

  • Can a copy of the directions for the whipped soap be emailed to me?

    Dear customer,

There are no official directions for the whipped soap! This base is ready to use! You may pair this whipped soap with fragrance or essential oil, color, glitter, sugar or salt. Practically anything you want! Be sure to measure additional ingredients appropriately!
