What usage percentage in body butters and candles?

Hello!

The percentage used in Body Butters for this particular fragrance would be considered a category 4 which is a maximum level of 27%. In Candles the Toasted Marshmallow is considered a category 11 which has no maximum level of usage! Generally people do maximum of 10% in candles from the feedback we've gotten :)
