Description: A sweet true Honeysuckle scent. Our Honeysuckle fragrance oil can be used for soap making, hand lotion, body lotion, hand creams, salt scrubs, sugar scrubs, bath salt, lotion bars, body wash, candle making, incense oils, potpourri oil, and incense sticks.

Soap Makers: Use 1 teaspoon or less per pound of soap. Use approximately 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per pound of lotion, bath salt, body scrubs, body butters and other personal care products. 5% of personal care products.

Cold Process Soap: YES (note: soaps wonderfully, no acceleration in trace, no rice up, no seizing. Smells amazing. Usage 5%

Candle Makers: Use approximately 3% -10% fragrance oil to wax ratio.

Usage for candles 3-10% max

Do you know if this fragrance oil rices up or seizes up in cold process soap? It seems like every other fragrance oil I’ve looked at on the Internet says that it does.

Hello,

Great news! We've tested this fragrance and it soaps beautifully! No Rice up, or seizing in cold process soap. One thing to always consider when working with florals is that they are more likely to rice up and seize for some unknown reason. Luckily this one doesn't! We always advise that if a batch of your cold process soap rices up or seizes to just continue working with it and once it has been poured into your mold and hardened grate it into small pieces and rebatch your soap so it doesn't go to waste! You can find videos on how to rebatch, if you are unfimiliar, online.
